KRYOLAN SERVICES accepts refunds only for products with factory defects or for any wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of package. To request for a refund, send your order number and proof or purchase from kryolanasia.com to our email: contact@kryolanasia.com.

Free gifts and samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for KRYOLAN products purchased outside of kryolanasia.com.
